Brizio Basi has been featured on May 2026 Transformer Magazine edition, with a dedicated article focused on one of its latest international projects: a large autoclave for transformer drying with hot air and nitrogen technology, designed and manufactured in Italy and recently installed in the United States.
The system has been developed to ensure high efficiency in transformer drying processes through deep vacuum conditions, hot air circulation and pure nitrogen injection. The installation confirms Brizio Basi’s capability to deliver tailor-made vacuum technologies for complex transformer manufacturing applications worldwide, combining engineering precision, operational reliability and advanced process automation. We also provide test benches and advanced fluid treatment solutions for braking systems, engine circuits, and other safety and performance critical components.
We had the pleasure of hosting Siemens Energy at our facility for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a 6000 L/h mineral and vegetable oil treatment system, entirely developed by Brizio Basi in alignment with Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 standards.
During the tests, the system was also inspected and approved by the Industry 5.0 certifier, who confirmed its technological and functional compliance

Unioncamere has officially certified Brizio Basi as “Impresa Centenaria” (Centenary Company), recognizing our foundation dating back in 1920.Moreover, on November 19, during a ceremony held at Torre Velasca in Milan, Assolombarda and Confindustria awarded Brizio Basi for our 80 years of continuous membership, recognizing us as a founding company of Confindustria (1945–2025).
Accepting the recognition were Sara Fioravanti and Massimo Fioravanti, representing the fourth and fifth generations of a family-led industrial tradition.
Brizio Basi has attended MY TRANSFO 2025 (14‑15 October, Turin), Europe’s premier conference for transformer technology and insulating fluids, bringing together experts from utilities, OEMs, service providers, and laboratories.
