Our high vacuum pumping units achieve pressures as low as 10⁻⁶ mbar, ensuring optimal performance and process integrity. Each system integrates:

• A Roots pump or air-cooled diffusion pump for high throughput
• A two-stage vane pump as the backing unit
• Complete valve systems, including high vacuum, ventilation, and bypass lines
• An integrated FO oil shock filter for enhanced protection

Designed for both usability and safety, the system includes a condensed operating diagram directly on the housing and a front-facing control interface.
Interlocks prevent improper start sequences—ensuring the rotary vane pump activates before the high vacuum stage.
